Ticketing was easy and worked well. Loved the gardens and house but such a shame they allow so many people there at one time. Just too crowded. All tickets should be pre purchased and numbers limited. The bus taking us had air conditioning issues, pumping hot air out of the vents upstairs. Guides were knowledgable and helpful.
The excursion was well organized. It was important for my mother to have an audio guide in Russian, which determined the choice of this company. The bus was comfortable, departure and return - on schedule. Monet's estate and gardens are beautiful. One of the most beautiful places I have ever been to.

How chill it was, informative , organised and friendly
The grounds are so beautiful. The area is easy to navigate. Bathrooms are readily available. Great gift shop with reasonable prices. The home is gorgeous and organized to enter and exit.
I would recommend against this experience to other tourists. It wasn't a good use of my time or money. The issue is crowds. The bus takes over an hour each way, and our driver had a minor accident with another bus in the overcrowded parking lot, which delayed us further. We were the first trip of the day but when we got there the crowd was already much too large for the venue and bathrooms were seriously inadequate. There was no guide or audio for the house - just people walking through - but the gardens were spectacular. Fran
Alexandra, the guide, was welcoming and did an excellent job of commentary. The gardens were spectacular when we visited. Ease of taking the bus to/from Giverny was a plus.
The gardens are incredible--particularly the pond. What a memorable experience. Our issues arose from the fact that my husband requires a wheelchair to walk more than about 50 metres. He walked from the restaurant, and I went to get the chair. Was told the chair can't leave the garden! How does a person with limited mobility get to the garden?? I figured out that taxis tend to be in the parking lot and so took one to pick him up at the restaurant and take him to the nearest garden entrance (gate on the road). Then had to call another taxi after our visit to take him to the parking lot. It was ridiculous. You should allow a companion to walk, with a staff member, to pick up the wheelchair user outside the garden.
Booking process was super easy, the tour was conducted expertly - puncture, well-organized tour, and excellent time management. Highly recommended.
Good organization, good timing, the time was absolutely enough to see the house and garden and there was still time for the museum store.

It was well organized. Also the briefing on Monet was very good...everything went in line with the planned timelines. Thank you.
Nico our tour guide was magnificent!!! Wonderful tour! I highly recommend "Headout" over other tours. We used several different tour companies and by far Headout was the most professional!! You will not be disappointed!! Cinq d'etoile!! Also Theirry at the front office secured us dinner reservations at Le Procope when none were available !! Truly, a magnificent experience!!!
The tour in Giverny was awesome!!! The whole area the house of Mone and the garden was like living in a fairytale.
Good organization, comfortable bus. The park was great

I'm a handicap person that has a hard time walking. The guide lost several of us going too fast. When I asked if I could get a Takeaway drink for the bus ride home they stated yes and then left without me. I had to rush back to the bus luckily I found it. Also, the directions on where to find the tour were very vague.
We missed the entire tour because we booked it only the night before once we found out that entrance tickets from the venue were already sold out. I followed the instructions for getting to the meeting spot. The first set of instructions were valid only during the 2024 Paris Olympics, yet they have not been removed from the website! The correct instructions, leading to Champs-de-Mars, appeared second on the website and therefore I never saw them. I paid in full for this experience, called the number as soon as we arrived 20 min early to the wrong location, and was told I would receive a phone call from his manager which never happened. I would like to be considered for compensation for the missed event due to the unclear instructions on the website. Thank you.
Hi, I’d like to share feedback about the tour (Booking Ref: #1255475175, Confirmation #: 1639618523). The experience was disappointing. The guide had very poor English skills and stayed mostly with a small group of French-speaking guests, giving them most of the attention. There were no clear instructions, not enough time at the venue, and the microphone system didn’t work properly. The bus also lacked proper air conditioning. Overall, it felt discriminatory toward English-speaking participants. I kindly ask you to review this and consider compensation. Thank you,

Clair was wonderfully enthusiastic, and extremely knowledgeable about Giverny, Monet, Versailles, and French history/culture. Lunch was very tasty, comfortable, and relaxing. Bus ride was also comfortable and smooth.
I loved the sights and interesting information our guides provided. I also appreciated being transported to and from our destinations in a comfortable bus.
This was the most amazing tour and I'm only bummed that it couldn't be longer. The weather was on our side and it didn't rain except during points when we were on the bus or inside. And our tour guide Alex was the best! She knew everything about Monet and the Palace and brought us to the best lunch. Of course the highlights were the sights of Giverny and Monet's gardens, though there weren't any water lilies unfortunately. And the Palace was exquisite, though crowded. Completely worth every penny!
I thought the guide was too America centric and talked a lot about nothing. Was generally annoying. Sadly the venues are suffering from over tourism. I wanted to hear what the events had an affect on France. Not America.
There was no one at the meeting point. Half an hour waiting and the bus or someone from the company did not show up. We asked at the Hyatt and neighbors and they told us it was not there. In short, the service was not provided and it seems that it was a ghost agency because no one knew how to explain it to us. We lost the opportunity to visit Versailles because we relied on the reservation that could never be used and there were no more tickets available at the palace itself. It was a pity to buy on the web.

Comfortable coach, well organised tour with clear instructions from Headout. Particularly LOVED our guide Severine at the Palace of Versailles. Swooned when I walked through MONET'S garden and house. Giverney is a gorgeous village.
The tour itself and our guide were great. Good to have an option to visit as many places as possible if you're traveling for a short period of time. I would like to stay longer in Versailles though. Thecritical thing about the tour is that I had confusing information about 2 mewting points in my ticket. 2 agents from Headout confirmed the one that apparently was weong. Due to the Olympics, it was changed. But I connected with ith the tour organizers and ended up to the right direction. Otherwise I could miss the experience. It would be frustrating.

Monet’s formal flower garden, created in 1883
Located in front of the house, the Clos Normand is a one-hectare flower garden laid out in geometric patterns but planted densely with diverse species to create a natural, painterly effect. Monet personally designed the layout to control color harmonies and seasonal blooming.
Added by Monet in the 1890s, influenced by Japanese garden design
Monet purchased a plot of marshy land across the road from the Clos Normand and diverted the Ru stream (a tributary of the Seine) to create a pond. He designed the Water Garden for calm reflection and fluid composition, using it extensively as a subject in his later paintings.
Primary residence from 1883 until his death in 1926
The house is a restored reflection of Monet’s personal style and daily life. It is two stories high and features colorful interiors that contrast with its soft pink exterior and green shutters.
Original painting studio before he expanded to a larger one nearby
Located next to the house, this space was used in the early years of Monet’s time at Giverny.
Address: 84 Rue Claude Monet, 27620 Giverny, France
